Existing Customers – IMPORTANT

If you are an existing registered customer using our old Online Shop at www.photouk.co.uk/shop we ask that you please register again to use our new Online Shop here.

Due to the vastly different (an much updated) software that the new PhotoUK Shop is made with, unfortunately we are unable to automatically transfer your old account details.

Please register again as a new user and if you had any loyalty points left to use in the old shop, please email us and let us know so that we can transfer them over for you, so you don’t lose them.

FIRST, set up your new account here, THEN email us at: info@photouk.co.uk with your name and postcode and we’ll make the transfer of points for you.

As a bonus, all new accounts created will receive 200 loyalty points free of charge to use as discount against future orders.

The new website is easier to use and offers greater security and flexibility, so we hope you like it.
